New Product: Leadership Background Check

We wanted to also introduce you to our newest product which is called simply: Leadership Background Check. 

This product is designed for all visible leaders, Directors, or heads of departments. We are defining "visible leaders" as anyone who is visually seen within your organization. This could be a pastor of any kind, an organization Director, or anyone who represents your organization. Vigilant Ministry Partners is a leader in background checks for churches and nonprofits, but we want to be the leader in leadership background checks.

Then, if they are more behind the scenes but are a Director, such as Head of HR or Head of Children's Ministry, then this would still be suitable for them. It's not designed for every staff member, but could be the strongest background check product for a staff member.

Why Did We Create This Product? Great question. We have learned from doing ten of thousands of background checks that background checks at the leadership level are not strong enough. A strong employment background check which leaders typically receive only has one to two more variables than a volunteer background check. This product put togethers a gathering of items including Social Media Mining which in today's world is crucial to searching. 

What All Is In This Product? This product is designed to be the strongest and most affordable product for visible leaders within an organization. It entails items from criminal background check searching, sex offender registry, but then also financial items, and perhaps most unique and of extreme need, social media mining. Here's a breakdown of the product's components:
